Q: Can the Mirror Air Photo Booth Rental be used outside?

A: Yes! We do require electricity, set-up on level ground and covered if at all possible.

Q: Can you transport the Mirror Air Photo Booth up and down stairs?

A: We prefer no more than 4 stairs. If we need to go up more stairs, an elevator or ramp would be required.

Q: Does the Mirror Air Photo Booth Rental require electricity?

A: Yes, please make sure there is an electrical outlet near by where you would like us to set up.

Q: Do I need WiFi with my Photo Booth Rental?

A: Yes, WiFi is required for texting and email of photos. If you do not have WiFi available we can provide a hot spot for an additional fee of; $

NOTE: You do not need WiFi for printing only option.

Q: Do I get a copy of all the photos?

A: Yes, we send a gallery link with all your photos.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: If you need to cancel your reservation, we offer a full refund more than 90 days prior to your event. If canceled within 90 days there is a $150 cancellation fee. There is no fee for rescheduling.

Q: Will there be an attendant coming to run the booth?

A: Yes, we will have one of our amazing and fun Photo Booth Rental attendants there to make sure everything is running smoothly and to answer any questions.
